It’s exciting to see what God is doing in his world and the amazing thing is that we can be part of that. God chooses to use ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things. World mission is something every follower of Jesus should be involved with. God is still asking Whom shall I send? Who will go for us? Seeing lives changed by the love of Christ - what better way to spend your time, your gifts and experience, your life!
If you are committed to following Christ and serving him then going overseas for anytime from a few weeks to many years should be something you consider. It will mean a challenge – moving out of your comfort zone, learning new things and doing things in different ways – but you will find it so worthwhile.
