Once we have received your application you will be invited to talk with BMS staff or attend a selection day. Team members will then meet together at IMC, BMS international training centre, Birmingham, for a preparation day, where relevant cross-cultural training will be given by experienced BMS staff. During this day, you will meet other team members and find out more about the work. To enable you to evaluate and reflect on your experiences, a debriefing day is also planned for each team.
